The company is placed on entrance of Banovici town, on 23.330 square meters of area. Busi­ness is taking place in facilities of management building and big hall (area of hall is 3.342m2) as well as in workshop for service pump aggregates (area of 444m2).


All employees have their defined responsibilities in system of quality management. Train­ing of our employees and regular education as well as creation of positive working envi­ronment is our primary concern.


Working enviroment

Working area is divided into technological segments with high working criteria (heating, light, deanliness) and like that, it provides additional motivational factor for employees. Working areas and working devices are adjusted for comfortable and safe work, provid­ing this way, sinchronisation of services with demands.

Testing stations

Setting, testing and final control of products is done in specially equiped testing sta­tions. Elektroremont owns two such stations projected as universal objects for com­plete testing of electrial equipment to certain power.

Big differences and wealth of energy source, voltage or current, satisty the need of electri­cal equipment testing according to valid regulations.

Equipment for electrical measurements

Testing-stations of company Elektroremont are equiped with a big numbers of electric di­agnostical instruments (meger, voltmeter, ampermeter, wattmeter, ohmmeter...).
On s of the electric diagnostical instrument that we own and that increases quaHty of our products is "Digitally combined instrument DSX 12-RT (BAKER instrument)" for mag­netic monitoring of electrical rotational machines.Examiner model DSX 12 - RT is combination of examiners with shock impuls (DSX 12) and rotor examinor model RT1. Both models use integrated digital osciloscope TEXTRO-NIX TDS 210 for reading of examined waves.

Mechanical diagnostical stations

In production practice, in workshops of Elektroremont, the following diagnostical methods are used:

These diagnostical methods are used, because the company has a lot of diagnosticinstrument and and devices, such as: Limitting measurable instruments, Measurable instruments with segments, Sliding instruments (with points, depth, height...); Micrometers (diagnostical possibility from 0 to 1800 mm) -Comparaters (axis and lever) SKF TMST 2 Electronical stethoscope.

SKF TMST 2 Elektronički stetoskop

SKF TMST 2 is an portable, speciaHsed, registrational device with periodic acting. It is a sensible instrument of high quahty whose pieshoelectrical sensor provides, with detection of noise (vibrations), timely detection of damages on moving parts of the machine or device. Procedure that is described, provides fast, rehable and cheap way of control of rotational and other dynamic elements of technical systems (e.g. the condition of bearing, gear), without previous demounting.

Testing station in the hall consists of four basic parts:
- Control podium for measure - Three phazed regulational transformer - Three phazed energetic transformer - Transformer of electric pulling -
The possibilities of this stations are:
- Three phased AC output 0-760V, 100A
-AC output 0-500V, 125A - Testing with highvoltage 2,5-7,5-30kV -requent transformer 0-800 [V], 200 [Hz] - Testing of electric pulling motor.

Ispitna stanica

Testing-station for diagnostics of pump aggregates is specific because it has one well which performs testing of pump aggregates in real operating conditions, and recording QH diagram.
